Cannot publish worklogs after changing password

Problem

If you recently changed your password and find that you can no longer publish worklogs, this article may be for you.

Solution

The problem is a bug in the way cookies are being handled. In the meantime, this is a workaround.

  1. Quit Worklog Assistant
  2. Navigate to the configuration directory that contains the database (see How to locate the configuration file)
  3. Delete the file named "cookies-all" (or any other file with "cookies" in the name)
  4. Restart Worklog Assistant
